Each 0.2 ounce (6 gram) PMS Relief Packet contains pre-measured doses of 6000 mg of concentrated herbal extract dried powder. Relieves painful cramping, back pain, bloating, irritability, achy feeling, breast tenderness, and body aches associated with monthly menstrual cycle. PMS Relief Herb Packs are available in a 5 packet pouch or a 10 packet box. Generally a 10 packet box will last most women 2-4 cycles. To use mix 1 packet with water to taste as needed.
